I was nervous to leave my little Doodle with a new person… But Liise made me feel comfortable and her picture texts let me enjoy my vacation. Liise watched our dogs over the Christmas break week and did an amazing job! She sent daily pictures of our pups laying out by the pool and enjoying play time. Our dogs are a decent size (70 lbs each) and we needed a sitter who could handle them and stay with them in our house. She was great and kept them occupied and out of trouble! We would recommend Liise to watch our friend’s dogs and look forward to having her sit for us again.
Our dog Riley is a sweet gentle Lab/Bassett mix. He is a quirky little guy with anxiety problems, afraid of men and strangers. He’s not a hugger or lap dog. Does not make friends very well. We were so nervous leaving him, but Liise was so patient with him. He was well taken care of. We are going away again for a longer period of time and feel very confident with Liise taking care of him. Liise is a great person who obviously loves her charges. Riley has really started warming up to her on her social visits, makes us very happy. I highly recommend Liise to care for your pets. She is a caring, warm and dependable caregiver.
Liise came to our house yesterday to meet our two special needs babies. She was fantastic. She texted the day before to confirm and arrived a few minutes early. She was extremely patient as we talked through our dogs needs. She ask good questions and even gave us examples of her experience to easy our nerves. When we introduced her to each dog, she knew how to handle them and respond to their queues. She used commands to reinforce good behavior (even better than we do.) And, they loved her. I would totally recommend Liise to anyone looking for a dog sitter.
